Responsibilities
- Responsible for the service support on Keysight products in Chengdu service center, occasionally service support at customer site is required.
- The service includes Keysight instruments hardware and software repair, remote customer diagnosis support. Do troubleshooting firstly, then order and replace the defective parts, and then perform adjustment/verification, finally return the instruments to customer with service report. All the process should be documented in the management system.
- Communicate deeply with customer by phone or communication tools, help to do instrument troubleshooting, guide customer to use instruments properly, and to meet customer’s technical service related requirements. Meanwhile to keep or improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve the tasks and KPI assigned by Keysight, to complete the repair and calibration jobs and related service project with the resource support in Keysight, keep studying and improving to ensure service quality, to enhance working capability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’ or Master’ degree or equivalent in Optics, Electronics, Instrument, telecommunication, Computer and Automatic. Experience in optical or electronic is preferred.
- Requires knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
- Good capability to deeply communicate with customer and can solve problems for customer correctly and quickly.
- Moral good, self-motivated, strong independent learning ability.
- Good English is required, basically can read and write in English.
