Within the Cyber & Security Solutions area, specifically in the team overseeing international markets and the Space sector, we are seeking a Project Manager for Genova Fiumara or Rome Laurentina Site.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Serve as Project Manager, ensuring effective oversight of the full project lifecycle
- Manage internal cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination across all project contributors
- Act as the primary point of contact in interactions with the customer, guaranteeing smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee contractual aspects related to the project, ensuring compliance with agreed obligations, timelines and deliverables
- Monitor and control the financial performance of the project, including budget adherence, cost tracking, forecasting activities and variation order managing
- Manage project supplies and the delivery of all project deliverables, ensuring compliance with scope, quality and schedule requirements
- Support the preparation of bid documentation and proposals, contributing to technical inputs, planning elements and overall submission quality
- Independently manage all PM-related tasks, including planning, scheduling, risk monitoring, progress reporting and overall project control.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Master’s Degree in STEM disciplines.
Seniority:
- 2–5 years of experience in the role and in managing project activities, preferably in international contexts;
- Experience as a PM in NATO Cyber Security projects (2–5 years of experience) or in Cyber or TLC projects with customers based in the Middle East or Asia.
Technical knowledge and skills:

- PMI-PMP or equivalent certification (including Agile framework);
- Willingness to travel abroad regularly throughout the year (1-2 weeks per month), potentially in Middle East, Asia or Europe according to project location
