Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and implement scalable data pipelines, optimize data delivery, and maintain modern data warehouse architectures through script-based tools such as Python and Matlab.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop standardization code using Python and Matlab for integrating large datasets from various sources into Cloud platforms
  • Automate and optimize data standardization processes
  • Design and implement audit processes for data ingestion
  • Design, build, and maintain modern Data Pipelines, and Data Streams using scripting tools such as Python and Matlab
  • Design and implement Data Warehouse solutions using Cloud Services

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience building processes supporting data transformations, data structures, dependencies, and workload management
  • Advanced experience with MATLAB
  • Advanced experience with Python
  • Experience in Signal processing
  • Good SQL and data integration experience working with relational databases
  • Strong analytical skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets
  • Working knowledge of at least one of the following databases: Redshift, Synapse, Snowflake, Postgres

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of at least one ETL tool: Informatica, Matillion, Pentaho, or SSIS
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools
  • Knowledge of Clinical data or Medical Device products
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience building and optimizing 'Big Data' pipelines, architectures, and datasets
  • Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies
