Akkodis is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer / AWS Developer for a Contract role with a client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS, Java microservices, Angular, and modern JavaScript frameworks, supporting large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.

Rate Range: $53.03/hour to $68.18/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior Full Stack Java Developer/ AWS Developer job responsibilities include:

• Develop modular, scalable solutions for cloud migration, data streaming, and API product development using AWS and modern Java technologies.
• Build and support data APIs and backend services that enable internal operations, analytics, and customer‑facing applications.
• Design front‑end and full‑stack features using Angular 13+ and advanced JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and document technical solutions.
• Perform automated testing, CI/CD optimization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for enterprise applications.

Desired Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and AWS cloud development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Angular 6+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive UI frameworks.
• Experience with modern JavaScript build tools (npm, webpack, Angular CLI) and testing tools (Mocha, Karma, Jasmine).
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and full‑stack engineering using OO design principles.
• Strong communication skills, experience working with vendors, and the ability to analyze technical problems and deliver high‑quality solutions.

Pay Details: $53.03 to $68.18 per hour
