We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Java (backend) and React (frontend) to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, with a solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure application design.
This role requires someone comfortable working across the full technology stack—translating business requirements into well-architected solutions while maintaining performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java (Spring / Spring Boot) and React
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components with backend services
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT)
- Work with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, Ping, or similar
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and security teams to deliver secure solutions
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Perform code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Java (Java 8+) and Spring / Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Solid understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
- Familiarity with IAM protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on experience with IAM solutions (Okta, Azure AD, Keycloak, Ping, ForgeRock)
- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and policy-based access
- Experience with microservices architectures
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
