Warranty Advisor Wanted!

Do details excite you? Love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Steele Mazda St. John's is on the hunt for a sharp, motivated Warranty Advisor to be the backbone of our high-performing Service Department.

In this role, you’ll own the warranty process from start to finish, ensuring claims and work orders are handled accurately and efficiently. You’ll work side by side with our Service Advisors, gaining hands-on exposure to the inner workings of our busy dealership. Job Responsibilities:

• Process, submit, and track warranty, P.D.I., and internal repair orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Review, correct, and resubmit rejected warranty claims; follow up on outstanding claims and reconcile credit memos
• Maintain accurate warranty records, schedules, and supporting documentation
• Obtain required authorizations for major or unusual repairs
• Coordinate with Service, Sales, and Parts departments to resolve discrepancies and support efficient operations
• Respond to customer inquiries related to warranty and service matters
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, invoicing, filing, and dispatching work orders
• Assist Service Advisors and the Service Manager with daily operations and workload management
• Monitor used vehicle reconditioning and warranty work
• Ensure compliance with all company, safety, and regulatory policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a service role, preferably in a dealership setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer proficiency and general knowledge of Microsoft Applications
