DHL is seeking a dedicated and professional Polish and English Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize customer and DHL systems to manage orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Monitor systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with warehouses and customers to resolve logistical issues.
- Investigate and address problematic cases and escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and manage customer orders in different system
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- 20 hours per week availability.
- Fresh graduates, entry-level candidates are welcome, experience in customer service/ international logistics is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong teamwork and customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
