Job Description:

The Final Assembly position is critical in ensuring that all components and parts are accurately and efficiently assembled into finished products that meet quality standards. This role involves working closely with production teams to follow detailed assembly instructions and blueprints, ensuring precision and consistency in every unit produced. Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and parts according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and report any issues to supervisors.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Document assembly processes and complete required production reports accurately.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate suggestions to management.
