High School Diploma or GED. Five years of experience operating commercial trucks or heavy equipment are required. Must possess a valid CDL Class A license.
This position will be assigned to the Labor Relations, Safety and Training Division. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for conducting all phases of new and existing driver/operator training including instruction on the road, in the classroom, and through individual counseling field and classroom accident prevention training and safety education programs for all drivers and equipment operators. This position will be tasked with conducting performance assessments, field observations, and assist in developing training guides, materials, and classroom schedules.
