The candidate will join a dynamic, growing team at the University of Maryland’s Center for Risk and Reliability (CRR). The University of Maryland is an international leader among academic institutions in reliability education and research, consistently ranked among the top 5 programs worldwide. CRR research covers a wide range of subjects involving systems and processes. It includes topics on predictive reliability and human reliability analysis methods, advanced probabilistic inference methods, system-level health monitoring and prognostics, and risk analysis theory. CRR applications focus on complex systems such as energy, nuclear power plants, hydrogen fuels, pipelines, infrastructure, manufacturing, space, aviation, petrochemical installations, and transportation.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
Ph.D. in reliability engineering, systems engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering, chemical engineering, or closely related field.
