Our story

With around 100 million active users in 24 countries, we deliver fantastic food, and more, from Amsterdam to Rome. Many of those deliveries happen with ‘Scoober’, our global logistics operation. Scoober supports restaurants in the delivery process, with our couriers taking their orders from the kitchen to the customer. With Scoober launching in new locations, we need to keep our operations in top gear.

All about the role

A courier with a flat tire? A damaged order? Large event in the city with roadblocks? Crazy weather conditions? Nothing is too challenging for our Live Operations teams. Our Live Ops agents support our couriers remotely, making sure they get to pick up and deliver their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, making customers happy.

Pyszne.pl / Just Eat Takeaway.com (JET) is developing everyday - this is also true for the Live Operations department.

In the Supervisor position you'll be the operational point of contact for the agents and guide them towards the (new) way of working. As a natural leader you lead the team towards these developments.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:

• Recruit, lead, appraise and coach agents within the team;
• Conduct performance review for the agents and provide continuous feedback;
• Help and guide the agents in solving more complex situations;
• Continuously monitor the team performance and adjust when necessary;
• Proactively initiate, support and execute process improvements by aligning with different Just Eat Takeaway stakeholders;
• Regularly consult with the other supervisors and other (international) stakeholders;
• Responsible for internal projects.

Can you deliver…

Here are the skills and experience we’re looking for:

• You are a strong coach with a 'down-to earth' attitude;
• Like the agents, you possess analytical skills and can offer logistical insights;
• You are able to identify improvements and implement upon them
• You always take your team into account, are able to connect and are empathetic to their needs;
• Next to your own team, you’re also able to foster cross-departmental collaboration
• You understand which procedures to follow, but also when to be flexible;
• You have 1+ years of experience as a manager in an operational environment, managing and improving KPIs;
• In addition, you have excellent communication skills in English and preferably an additional language matching our Scoober markets ( german, italian, french, dutch, danish, spanish etc.)

Nice to have:

• Experience in managing international projects/ teams (Customer Service or Live Operations environment)
