The Systems Engineering and Test Center (SETC) organization is currently hiring a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer – StormBreaker Cross Product Team Lead
to join our Tucson, AZ location. The Sr. Principal Systems Engineer - StormBreaker Cross Product Team Lead
will work across the entire StormBreaker® portfolio of programs as a Systems Engineering Lead, contributing directly to the successful management of the scope, schedule, and cost associated with a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities for this position includes managing system and subsystem requirements, providing Systems Engineering technical oversight during integration and test activities, participating in verification and validation efforts for the system, and providing Systems Engineering expertise in system architecture and design. The CPT Lead is responsible for leading and managing the Systems function across various StormBreaker program pillars, including Lot Integration and Test (LIT), Tech Refresh, F-35 Integration, Production, Modifications (MODS), and Miniature Air-Launched Decoy (MALD). This individual will serve as the Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead for cross-functional efforts, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams, suppliers, and customers to meet program objectives.

role requires a high level of technical proficiency in all aspects of the systems engineering lifecycle, project and team management, and the Raytheon earned value process. Additionally, the role requires establishing and maintaining relationships with the other Programs, Program leadership, and the customer community. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, customers, and suppliers. The candidate must excel in managing complex tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring the successful delivery of program outcomes.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
