As Quality Manager at our Glamsbjerg site, you will be a key member of the Site Leadership Team, leading a team of 14 professionals across hygiene, quality assurance, quality control, quality systems, and laboratory functions. You will set the tone for a people-focused culture, championing team development and empowerment while driving the site’s quality agenda. You’ll ensure compliance with global standards and foster a spirit of continuous improvement and accountability. This is a leadership role where you will influence strategy, inspire teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across our global organization to ensure food safety excellence. You will be entrusted with full responsibility for the Quality department, ensuring accountability, transparency, and a strong quality culture throughout the site.
