REQ13904 Assistant Manager, Human Resources (Projects) (Open Date: 15/01/2026)
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position primarily handles all Human Resources projects at City of Dreams Macau. This position requires interpersonal skills and liaise with Business Units, Projects team, Human Resources and external parties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under the direction of Vice President, Human Resources – COD Macau, provide support on Human Resources Projects including but not limited to Engagement Programs, Property dedicated projects, Reward & Recognition, initiatives and other project management.
- Review and monitor projects progress and provide updates on a timely basis.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiate appropriate project process flow.
- Provide analytical reports as when required.
- Organize events and ability to meet ad hoc deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- At least 5 years Human Resources and/or Project Management experience in a supervisory role
- Proven work experience in Hospitality, Marketing or Integrated Resort preferred
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Access
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, Data & Business Analytics or Project Management
Skills / Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese). Knowledge in Mandarin highly regarded
- Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills required
- Excellent analytical and counselling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Good understanding of Macau Labor Law and Human Resources functions
- Must be able to work long hours and weekends when required
- Attention to details and meeting timeline is a must
