As a Pre-Assembly & Harbor Sales Manager you will support the Sales team in contractual negotiations, budget estimations, and risk evaluations related to all harbor-specific matters, conduct suitability assessments to identify the most cost-effective, technically viable, and operationally efficient harbor options, assist the New Market team in harbor selection by analyzing ground bearing capacities, reviewing geotechnical studies, and evaluating operational and logistical configurations.

How you make an impact

• Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plans, specifications, site programs, and meet all safety standards and legal requirements.
• Plans the activities in order to effectively use resources to meet construction program.
• Reviews specification drawing in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts.
• Monitors materials, equipment and manpower on site in order to ensure that the appropriate materials are available to meet the construction program timing.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or practical discipline, or equivalent industry experience, with a background in construction within marine or civil environments, and expertise in civil or mechanical engineering.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
• Background in working with global teams, including those based in Europe/US & background in managing contract-related processes and negotiations.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrates proactive and self-motivated leadership, consistently taking initiative, anticipating challenges, and driving progress without the need for external direction. Demonstrates strong people management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others through a clear commitment to achieving goals.
