Job Description
Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Services, Sub Sahara Africa, the role will be accountable for leading the Client Marketing strategy and execution to support the delivery of Marketing Advisory Services in CEMAC, UEMOA & DRC. This is a pivotal role ensuring effectiveness of marketing strategy through Client partnerships, overseeing the development, delivery, and refinement of marketing programs with clients, ensuring high‑quality execution and alignment with regional and global marketing standards.
This selected leader must have organizational savvy and interpersonal skills to build fast rapport and credibility. Close collaboration with both executive client stakeholders and Visa leaders is essential, as is a deep experience in Stakeholder Management, Client Engagement and Strategic & executional capabilities. This leader will have a proven track record of success in fast paced environments with demanding timelines, and will be equally comfortable interacting with “C suite” executives and junior team members.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, including Digital Marketing, or 8+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA).
