DENSO is at the forefront of meeting the mobility challenges of today and the future! Our supplier partners are crucial to our mission. We are seeking Supplier Quality Engineers to help us introduce these new technologies and ensure timely, high-quality, and optimized cost solutions.

As a DENSO Supplier Quality Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Apply your process knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve quality issues through root cause identification and countermeasure
  • Apply your part and process knowledge to promote optimized part and process design to meet quality and cost targets
  • Use your critical eye as you audit new and current suppliers to confirm their quality systems meet Denso’s and IATF standards – requires some domestic and international travel
  • Apply your project management skills to manage supplier new part and process change activities to meet quality and timing requirements
  • Collaborate with other Denso teams to develop creative solutions to ensure parts meet process and customer requirements
  • Interact with supplier and DENSO executives through daily communications, reports, and presentations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of automotive or related engineering field experience
  • Electrical Engineering degree
  • Project management experience
  • Quality or process engineering experience with Printed Circuit Boards or Semiconductors (wafer, assembly, and/or test)
  • Familiar with Automotive Industry Quality Systems & Requirements: AIAG, Toyota, Nissan, SIA, Ford, Honda, and/or TS16949 / IATF

Candidates residing 50+ miles from the work location are eligible for relocation assistance.

Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
