Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Or another related discipline with a strong financial or accounting focus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Shared Services operations, with direct involvement in OTC and/or PTP processes.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of people leadership experience, managing medium to large teams (both on‑site and virtual) in multinational or matrixed environments.
• Specialized training in OTC/PTP processes, internal controls, audit, risk management, or ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud) is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading end‑to‑end transactional finance processes, including process ownership, performance management, and service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and inspire high‑performing teams, driving engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives, including process optimization, standardization, and transformation efforts across multiple countries.
• Strong background in stakeholder management, serving as the main contact for escalations, leadership reviews, and strategic decision‑making.
• Hands-on experience managing transitions, migrations, or the stabilization of new finance hubs or shared service operations is a strong advantage.
