We’re building the future of in-store retail, and we’re looking for the expert who can make it happen. This is a rare opportunity to own and evolve the digital platforms that power a truly global retail network, shaping how millions of shoppers experience our stores every day. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and retail execution and love turning complexity into seamless, high-quality solutions, this role puts you right at the heart of it!
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.
No relocation is offered for this Fixed Term position.
The closing date for all applications is 11th January 2026.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of the global digital retail platform portfolio across all LEGO Retail formats and regions, driving continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance store experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
- Optimise the global digital retail set-up by developing and managing best-in-class digital supplier partnerships, applying strong digital expertise to ensure solutions are future-proof, cost-effective, and aligned to LEGO brand and retail standards.
- Hold suppliers accountable for performance, ensuring delivery against agreed price, quality, service levels (SLAs), and market communication standards across both digital platforms and in-store technologies.
- Ensure high product and experience quality in stores, working closely with Retail Development and Project Management teams to support store openings, upgrades, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of digital solutions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration within LEGO Retail, acting as a key partner to Retail Development, Retail Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Digital Tech, and Operations to deliver the Retail Development strategy consistently across markets.
- Partner closely with regional and market teams to plan and execute optimal roll-out of digital retail platforms, balancing global governance with local market needs, readiness, and cultural nuances.
- Secure and evolve an efficient end-to-end supply chain set-up for both digital and analogue (graphics) delivery, including governance, procurement input, service models, and integration with parallel supply chains (fixtures, furniture, creative sourcing).
Do you have what it takes
- Digital Retail Program & Partner Leadership
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-market programs across digital retail platforms, combining program management, indirect team leadership, and strong partner governance. Able to drive accountability through SLAs, CI roadmaps, and performance tracking across global supplier ecosystems.
- End-to-End Supply Chain & Commercial Management
- Deep expertise in supply chain, logistics optimisation, and partner management across both digital and graphic communication delivery. Strong commercial and negotiation skills to manage cost, quality, service levels, and scalability across regions and suppliers.
- Strong Technology & Platform Acumen
- Solid understanding of modern retail technologies, including cloud-based, API-driven platforms, network infrastructure, and digital content delivery systems. Able to translate technical complexity into practical retail solutions and make informed decisions on tool upgrades and platform evolution.
- Retail Integration & Shopper Experience Expertise
- Highly experienced in integrating digital and graphic communication into physical retail environments, working closely with product development, design, innovation, and marketing teams to transform shopper insights into actionable, high-quality in-store experiences.
- Governance, Performance & Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Strong background in quality governance, KPI frameworks, and performance tracking, with a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement initiatives internally and with external partners. Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
