Are you detail-oriented and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Personalization Machine Operator to bring our customers’ orders to life! In this fast-paced role, you’ll follow a dynamic schedule to personalize and process plastic cards with precision, ensuring every order meets our high-quality standards. Our 3rd shift Personalization Machine Operator Team in Bolingbook, IL works Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:00am. Your day will be filled with hands-on operation of cutting-edge machines—printing, folding, and assembling materials for mailing. You’ll be the final touch before our products reach our valued customers, swapping out any subpar cards and guaranteeing perfection every time. If you thrive in a production environment and take pride in delivering top-quality results, we want you on our team! Pay ranges from $17.00–$23.51/hour, based on the role, level, and shift. This position offers a $400 sign-on bonus, annual bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off and holidays, 401(k) with match, disability and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, education assistance, pet insurance, legal services, and more.

• Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Able to lift up to 45 lbs
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and reach and move about facility

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education is preferred
• Greater than 6 months experience in card personalization is highly preferred
• Mathematical ability required
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast pace and demanding environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently or as a team member
