负责一物流生产区域的工艺的开发和改进，制定作业指导书； Responsible for process development & improvement including line/station/machine and document preparation in full stream production area (PU foaming/Injection/Leather wrapping/Assembly) - 负责工艺文件的编制和修订，如Flow chart、Control plan，PFMEA，P1/P3/P4； Release process document and update in time, such as Flow chart、Control plan，PFMEA，P1/P3/P4； - 参与新项目团队完成新项目的APDS开发节点和任务； Cooperate with project team to complete the tasks of new project APDS - 提供专业的意见和行动来避免缺陷，提升工艺水平以满足当前的质量需求 Providing expertise and taking effective actions to eliminate defects and enhance processes with the objective to exceed the current quality requirements - 通过分析，学习，测试及实施来持续改进工艺流程以满足质量和成本的目标 Analyze, study, test, implement and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to meet quality and cost reduction target - 工艺过程分析和优化以提高线平衡，降低生产节拍，降低废品率，降低操作者劳动强度，提高OEE） Process analysis and optimization (Improve line balance, reduce cycle time, scrape rate and operator working load, improve OEE) - 为新生产流程和设备做准备并对操作者进行培训 Prepare and train operators for new production processes and equipments. - 基于预测对产能进行分析，提供并实现满足产能的技术方案 Capacity analyze based on sales forecast，provide and execute the technical solution to meet the demand - 了解公司质量\环境\安全健康方针，配合执行公司环境管理规定，遵守相关法律法规； Understand the policy of company’s quality and occupational health & safety, Work on company’s related regulation, stand by related regulation of law. - 其他直接领导安排的工作任务 Other tasks assigned by line manager
