We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled, empathetic, and individualized direct patient care within our Pediatric Therapy Services team. This role supports patient access to high-quality therapy services and emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and safe, patient-centered care. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about working with children, communicate effectively, and demonstrate flexibility, creativity, empathy, and a strong commitment to continuous professional growth. Pediatric experience is preferred.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and requires flexibility to float between locations to cover maternity leaves and paid time off. A Saturday weekend commitment is required, with caregivers signing up for six Saturdays per year during the first year and four Saturdays in the second year, followed by two Saturdays in the third year.
