We are seeking an Analyst to join our Fund Operations Team in Burnaby, British Columbia. You will be joining a results-driven, collaborative and professional team, focusing on obtaining and providing accurate information to internal and external stakeholders including our portfolio managers, traders and clients.
Your key responsibilities will include fund accounting, net asset value calculations, and liaising with external fund administrators and custodians. There will be opportunities for you to initiate and manage projects, and to develop specialty expertise in areas such as financial reporting, tax and corporate actions should you show interest in these areas.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Provide fund-related information to stakeholders, ensuring its accuracy and timely delivery.
- Ensure stakeholder queries are answered on a timely basis.
- Manage projects aimed at improving and streamlining business processes.
- Work with IT developers to ensure that the necessary tools are available to address the risk of error and to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
Your qualifications & experience
- Undergraduate degree with a proven track record of academic achievement, problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in financial services is not mandatory; however, a keen interest in the investment industry is an asset.
What We Offer
The annual base salary for this position will be between $55,000 and $65,000 per year excluding benefits. The total compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus.
