What You’ll Do
- Load and unload furnaces and production equipment
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
- Perform assembly of components according to work instructions
- Conduct quality checks and record results
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Support overall production flow throughout the shift
What You Bring
- Prior foundry, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work a rotating night schedule
