Tour Director Accounts Trainee

We are currently looking for an organized and communicative trainee with strong attention to detail
and a positive attitude to join EF’s Panama office.
EF Tours offers professionally guided tours to the world’s greatest sights and landscapes. Itineraries
can be tailored to the needs of North American teachers and students at any level: elementary, high
school, or university. We also handcraft adventures and active vacations for North American adults
of all ages and interests. In Europe, we produce the Tours out of our Operations department in
Panama.

The Role
As a trainee, you will work closely with colleagues and tour directors across the globe, focusing on
administrative support during our peak season. During our peak, we have a large number of
requests and tight deadlines that we work together to meet in a timely manner.
The duration of the traineeship is 6 months, starting in February 2026. This is a paid
traineeship with a salary between 10,000 and 15,000 USD yearly.
