Job Overview
Wasserman is looking for a Senior Copywriter to join the team. The Senior Copywriter will have the opportunity to create culture-shifting work that gets seen and talked about. Kindness, taste, and awareness are essential traits. Candidates should be strategic thinkers, concept big ideas, and move the audience through powerful writing.
This person is confident both on set and creating a social post, and you approach each with the same level of craft and keen eye for detail. You embrace new tech, but your ideas and craft are what drive the work.
This is a permanent role in any city where Wasserman is based, but PT hours are preferred. Hybrid in-office 3 days a week, along with additional in-person event coverage as needed.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll concept ideas and express them through the written word. This includes scripts, headlines, taglines, and social copy, along with manifestos and idea writeups that sell the work. You’ll team up with an art director, designer, or creator to make ideas that excite, inspire, and stand out. You’ll also be involved at each phase of production and work with directors, producers, editors, and motion designers.
