As a Senior Principal Software Developer, you’ll provide technical leadership to the multi-cloud team. You’ll design, build, and operate highly distributed, large-scale cloud services that are secure, reliable, and scalable. You will be expected to define architecture of complex systems, deliver high-quality technical solutions and code, and mentor others across teams.
Our Senior Principal engineers lead by example: you work independently, communicate effectively, and influence engineering direction through sound technical judgment. You balance speed and quality, proactively advocate for operational excellence, and raise the bar for design, testing, and delivery practices. You drive innovation, make data-informed decisions, and influence roadmaps across multiple teams.

The OCI MultiCloud team is dedicated to maximizing the value of customers’ investments in Oracle and other cloud or on-premises infrastructures by building highly distributed, scalable, and resilient multi-cloud solutions. As part of a dynamic, fast-growing organization, you will collaborate with a diverse group of engineers to solve complex problems in cloud service software engineering, including high-scale distributed systems, virtualization, security, and user experience. This enables global enterprises to run their business workloads seamlessly across multiple cloud environments.
The OCI Media Services (IMPACT) team is responsible for designing, developing, and operating a new generation of cloud services tailored for the digital media production industry. With a focus on delivering innovative audience engagement features such as watch parties, AI-enabled content search, chat, and content recommendations, the team builds scalable, highly available solutions that empower collaboration and content creation for artists, engineers, editors, and media organizations, positioning Oracle as a leader in media and entertainment cloud technology.
This position is based in the Czech Republic. We offer relocation and visa support for successful candidates.
