CNC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for Mill and Lathe machines using Mastercam.
• Design, assemble, procure, or modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to optimize production efficiency.
• Support failure analysis and troubleshoot non-conforming products to identify root causes.
• Assist with rework and repair processes for manufactured components.
• Participate in the New Product Implementation (NPI) process.
• Collaborate directly with machine operators in a hands-on capacity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience (Mastercam or Solidworks preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with complex machine component processing.
• Proficient in writing and editing G & M code for CNC machines.
• Advanced blueprint reading and strong understanding of GD&T.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with design, 3D modeling, and CAD software including Mastercam and Solidworks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
