Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring a Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for customers needing assistance with new service requests, order updates, and general inquiries. This role supports a high-volume workflow and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, and online channels
- Manage incoming service orders, update customers on status changes, and coordinate scheduling availability
- Set up new customer accounts and ensure information is entered accurately
- Review and reconcile order details using various internal systems and databases
- Collaborate with engineering, scheduling, operations, and other departments to resolve customer needs
- Provide timely and informed responses while maintaining a professional, customer-focused demeanor
- Document interactions and follow established processes to ensure accuracy
- Adapt to changing priorities and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Support additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
- Clear, respectful, and confident communication style
- Professional phone presence and strong verbal etiquette
- Ability to multitask while navigating computer systems and updating records
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude with the ability to meet performance expectations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers, web-based tools, and data entry
- Accurate typing and strong written communication abilities
- Ability to research issues and drive them to resolution
- Prior customer service experience preferred
