Huntsman Corporation’s Polyurethanes Customer Fulfilment team is searching for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader - Export in our HUB in Krakow. This role will be leading our Export Customer Service team and ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-efficient operations across EAME markets.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives supporting EAME markets.
- Monitoring daily team performance and KPIs, setting clear goals, and conducting performance reviews.
- Driving a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and automation.
- Acting as an expert in export-related matters from quotation to delivery, resolving issues and preventing production disruptions.
- Overseeing order-to-invoice and delivery processes, ensuring compliance with international trade, export, customs, and country-specific regulations.
- Maintaining accuracy in customer master data, orders, invoicing, and complaint handling.
- Collaborating with logistics to optimize transport (rail, road, sea) and ensure OTIF delivery.
- Coordinating consignment and warehouse counts, managing operational stock points, and supporting accurate revenue recognition.
- Promoting EHS compliance and supporting Huntsman’s “Zero Incidents” goal.
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 8+ years of experience in a global B2B Customer Service environment.
- Previous experience in an export customer service team leader role.
- Strong knowledge of export/trade compliance, Incoterms, customs, and international documentation.
- Financial acumen related to order impact on EBITDA and revenue.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and intercultural skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and solution oriented.
- Fluent English is mandatory; any additional language is considered an asset.
- Demonstrates a “Can-do” attitude, builds strong teams, and works effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management and coaching capabilities.
