We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Scientific Affairs to lead scientific initiatives supporting the development, substantiation, and global commercialization of nutraceutical products. This role will serve as a scientific expert, bridging R&D, regulatory, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure products are backed by robust science and compliant with international standards.

Base Salary Range: $155,000.00 – 197,000.00 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
