Machine Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Ocala, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hr
Availability: Must be able to train on 2nd shift(3pm - 11pm) for 1-2 weeks
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Prior experience in production, assembly line, or machine operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read gauges and tape measures
- Basic math and computer skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills

We’re looking for dependable individuals with hands-on experience in production or assembly line environments—especially those familiar with operating or working near machinery in a warehouse setting. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery including tooling setup, winding, and reinforcement
- Monitor extruder controls and ensure consistent feed stock
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency
- Assist with line startups and shutdowns
- Complete production paperwork and follow supervisor instructions
- Report equipment issues to Team Lead or Maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Support yarn rewind operations and assist in training as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Lift up to 45 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a warm, noisy plant environment
