What you will bring

  • Strong telecom and IT background, in SI and Consulting environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Communications and BSS & OSS domains, complemented by extensive experience in B2B & B2C Service implementation.
  • Extensive experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with a software professional services organization or consulting background
  • Demonstrated success with customers during initial assessment, project planning and implementation
  • Proven track record of meeting project timeliness/deliverables and attention to detail, process, deadlines and quality results
  • Successful background of managing virtual teams across different cultures and collaborating with onsite customers to ensure successful distributed project delivery.
  • Adeptness in working both autonomously and collaboratively, offering guidance as a coach/mentor to junior team members.
  • Logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detail

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Lead full project delivery for large client initiatives
  • Lead and manage projects spanning across BSS and OSS modules, ensuring delivery on agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Able to create business plans, including estimates, costs, and pricing analysis
  • Gather, document, and validate customer requirements, translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications for business and technical stakeholders
  • Analyse technology environment and project constraints, set up collaboration frameworks, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure feasible and effective solutions
  • Primary interface with senior client stakeholders, frequently to the main program or customer boards, regarding project status, budget, scope and issues
  • Provide governance and oversight across project design and delivery, taking ownership of project risks, issues, and dependencies, and driving resolution to ensure end-to-end delivery.
  • Work closely with IT vendors, Solution Architects, and Application Support Managers to coordinate design and implementation activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational standards.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, Conduct/Lead Customer workshops, and actively support regional business engagements
  • Provide leadership to manage activities for cross-functional teams and coordinate implementation plans with internal and external resources (local/offshore teams)
  • Ensure client satisfaction through the successful realization of business benefits and address business drivers
  • Provide effective communication of project status, plans, issues, timelines, and budgets, at all levels internally and externally
  • Accountable for the project's financial performance
  • Ensure process compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
