Position: Senior Dynatrace Developer

Location: Fort Mill, SC / New York / Austin, TX / (Hybrid)

Job Description:

• Strong in user experience analysis, ability to trace issues from the front end through middleware to backend databases, and skilled with Dynatrace.
• primarily focused on analysis, troubleshooting, and supporting the user experience, not on building new features.
• Knowledge of Kafka and AWS services is considered beneficial.
• Front-end web development skills (especially in user experience, JavaScript, Angular) are valued over backend Java skills for the developer position.
• Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), SolarWinds DPA, Grafana, and observability/SRE tools.
• Knowledge of Kafka and AWS services is considered beneficial.
• Daily responsibilities include monitoring metrics like "visual complete time", quickly identifying bottlenecks, and determining which service or resource is affecting user experience.
