THE ROLE:
The 3rd shift Changeover Technician I will work onsite at our state of art Innovation and Manufacturing facility in here Winston-Salem, NC, for the effective changeover of the packaging lines between product runs. Workl includes breakdown of equipment, re-assembly/ set-up of the lines to run the next product and assisting with line clearance. The Changeover Technician optimizes equipment performance by fine tuning and adjusting equipment to improve quality and efficiency and coordinates with maintenance for any assistance needed. Will learn and apply expertise on packaging equipment operation, change overs, set up of equipment and will work independently in the execution of duties on all packaging lines which will include sanitation and rust mitigation applications. Will receive direction from the Supervisor and/or Lead, and work closely with line leads to ensure schedule adherence.
