Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Thousand Oaks, CA. Candidates must have strong data engineering skills, familiarity with DevOps practices, and experience with technologies like AWS Neptune and Stardog.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:

• Design and maintain relational data models (3NF) and graph-based representations to support semantic and knowledge engineering initiatives.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows, ensuring integration with DevOps practices for continuous delivery.
• Implement and manage data solutions using technologies such as AWS Neptune and Stardog.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture aligns with business and technical requirements.
• Support data governance and quality standards across structured and graph-based data environments.
• Troubleshoot and enhance data engineering processes to improve scalability, performance, and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data engineering and semantic/knowledge modeling.
• Proven expertise in 3NF modeling, relational structures, and graph representations.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Neptune, Stardog, and familiarity with DevOps practices.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
