We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for a key product in our portfolio, SPS Analytics. This individual contributor role partners closely with product management, sales, and demand generation teams to craft compelling narratives, drive adoption, and accelerate customer growth and retention.

What You’ll Do:

  • Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute product-specific marketing strategies to increase pipeline, improve win rates, and drive ARR growth.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Create clear, differentiated messaging for the product across the website, campaigns, thought leadership, and in-product experiences.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches and collaborate with product team on pricing, packaging, and promotion strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Build and maintain sales tools, competitive positioning, and objection-handling resources to empower sales and partners.
  • Customer Insights: Develop and maintain detailed buyer and user personas to inform content, campaigns, and product strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with demand generation, operations, and events teams to align programs and campaigns for acquisition and retention.
  • AI-Forward Approach: Leverage AI-driven tools and integrations to create personalized, scalable marketing experiences.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics and optimize programs based on insights.
  • Global Alignment: Ensure product marketing efforts align with overall marketing strategy and regional needs.

Where You’ll Work:

This role is remote or hybrid, based on the candidate’s location. For hybrid office locations (Minneapolis, MN), we Succeed Together through in-person collaboration, balanced with remote work to provide flexibility. The role will require occasional travel for onboarding, training, team or company meetings, etc., - estimated around 5%.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS experience in product marketing.
  • Proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies for individual products.
  • Strong expertise in messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
  • Familiarity with telemetry and data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Experience leveraging AI for personalization and marketing automation.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders.

What We Offer:

At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

The annual salary range for this role is: $83,200 - $124,800. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
