We are looking for a stellar Executive Assistant to join the team. The time has come where one human can no longer go it alone, in comes YOU! The role will be best filled by a quick thinker with sound judgment and good energy. A multitasking extraordinaire with the ability to seemingly be everywhere all at once. RESPONSIBILITIES

• In-person @ SF Headquarters 5 days a week, reporting to Sr. Executive Assistant
• Multi-Executive support; calendaring, travel arrangements, in-person meeting support, expense reports, presentation prep & formatting, etc.
• Tandem support & partnership w/Sr. EA; company events, swag, Town Hall meetings, day to day operations, providing coverage when OOO
• Company liaison/go-to; filter & forward, advise & guide on a variety of the most random requests for assistance from global organization, helping to keep the machine well oiled

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency w/both Google Workspace and MO; the patience to sometimes teach others
• Aptitude for quickly learning new systems and softwares
• Professional pivoter; capable of identifying priorities & shifting focus as necessary
• Ability to manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously
• Forward thinking, creative problem solver w/gumption and desire to learn
• 5+ years of Executive support experience preferred

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• BA Degree
• Former experience working w/legal professionals; paralegal or administration
• Knowledgeable in large scale/global event planning & curating unique experiences
• Eye for design & aesthetics; experience/love for food & beverage service
• Uncontrollable desire to streamline processes and efficiency

The base pay will be dependent on your skills, work experience, location, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for equity & benefits. ($130,000 - $160,000)
