SLA Management

Salary: $17.65 Hourly

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Load and unload Class 5 box trucks and cargo vans.
2. Drive Class 5 trucks and vans to deliver and pick-up from events located throughout the Houston area.
3. Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule.
4. Ensure all deliveries and pick-ups run smoothly, equipment is not damaged during transit, and the team works efficiently while providing excellent customer service to our clients.
5. Complete logs and reports as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Strong work ethic and team player
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
• Driving role required role, must be able to pass an MVR audit
• Reliable transportation and a valid state driver's license is required
• Comfortability driving box trucks and cargo vans in the city and country roads Class 5
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Ability to lift/carry over 75lbs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must be able to stand for long periods of time, up to the length of a full shift, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position will be involved in computer tasks and telephone communication including, but not limited to, customer service. This job requires a comprehensive work effort while generally working a regular five-day workweek schedule, however, occasionally a six or seven-day work schedule may be required.
