Our 20-bed Child and Adolescent Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit provides trauma-informed psychiatric care to youth ages 10–17 currently experiencing acute crisis. Patients often present with suicidal ideation, aggression, or severe mood dysregulation requiring immediate stabilization in a safe, structured setting. We specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), using a skills-based approach to help patients build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. We seek team members who are passionate about working with youth, committed to trauma-informed care, and eager to grow their DBT expertise in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

The LPN is a new graduate or a nurse who has not practiced nursing within the past five years. The LPN functions under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN provides nursing care, performs basic nursing procedures and administers medications once competency has been determined.
