As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of maintenance excellence, representing a company known for its innovation, precision, and commitment to quality. Responsibilities:

  • Travel extensively across North America and internationally as a trusted Field Service Technician.
  • Perform on-site equipment installation, calibration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Support start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new thermal processing systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and information technology teams to deliver seamless maintenance solutions.
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical diagnostics to improve maintenance efficiency.
  • Document maintenance reports and technical data using advanced information technology tools.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term reliability.
  • Provide technical feedback to improve equipment design, system integration, and maintenance procedures.
