What You Will Do

  • Manages QC Technicians and Inspectors in conducting virtual plant product quality audits and IPQC audits; collaborates with QE Supervisors and QEs to ensure the implementation of corrective actions for audit findings.
  • Conducts summary analysis of QC findings, and dynamically adjusts the product audit plan and IPQC audit plan to ensure inspection effectiveness.
  • Tracks, summarizes and reports QN, ensuring that the 8D reports for QNs meet the required timelines specified by Molex and customers. Collects Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) data from relevant stakeholders. Maintains transparent communication with cross-functional team members to share real-time updates on the status of QNs and COPQ
  • Ensures the implementation of the PCN process complies with established procedures and business requirements. Coordinates the PCN process, collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate PCN documentation, and acts as a mentor to facilitate PCN meetings and conduct follow-up actions.
  • Collaborates with the Molex Group's QMS function to ensure the effective execution of the Virtual Plant's QMS.
  • Conducts Virtual Plant internal audits and ensures the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Oversees the Virtual Plant's external audit management, including both certification audits and customer audits, covering audit preparation, liaison with auditors, and follow-up on audit findings.
  • Works with Quality Supervisors and QEs to manage supplier QMS audits.
  • Identifies and supports QMS improvement opportunities for the Virtual Plant, initiates and drives the establishment or revision of relevant procedures and processes.
  • Undertake other improvement tasks or projects for both the Virtual Plant and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to enhance QMS health, operational efficiency and process quality, as well as to reduce scrap costs and customer complaints

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Sufficient working experience in quality management systems, quality inspection management, supplier quality improvement, and customer quality issue resolution, coupled with relevant project management experience.
  • Proficient in QMS knowledge; holds at least ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
  • Familiar with quality management tools, such as 8D methodology and the 5 Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC).
  • Possesses structured thinking ability.
  • Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Fluent in English communication (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient in office software and SAP operation skills.
