• Primarily responsible for the global maintenance of Vendor Master Data in MDG (Master Data Governance) and SAP.
• Support Vendor Master Data projects and other activities as needed and assigned.

A Day in the Life

• Create and maintain accurate Vendor Master Data.
• Function as the primary contact with internal Vendor Administration customers.
• Process internal customer requests in a professional, and timely manner, and in accordance with all Vendor Administration departmental procedures and controls.
• Identify opportunities for process and control improvement, and raise these opportunities to team lead or department manager.
• Support Vendor Administration efforts for data quality improvement of existing data in SAP and MDG.
• Support Vendor Administration and Business projects as needed.

You Bring This Value

• Bachelor's degree preferred and minimum of two to four years’ experience working with SAP in a Master Data, Accounts Payable, Finance, or Procurement type role;
• Experience with the MDG (Master Data Governance Tool) and Ariba is a plus.
• Must have a Working to Advanced knowledge of SAP, and similar skills using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal (specifically in English, other EU languages are a plus).
• Should demonstrate the ability to work in a team, and be able to work independently to meet team objectives.
• Strongest Candidates will have Master Data specific experience in SAP, supporting Procurement or Finance.
