Expected pay for this position is $29.30 - $34.47/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

This position will support OSF Home Infusion Pharmacy in Peoria, IL.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor Pharmacy Patient Services is responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and oversight of daily operations within Home Care Revenue Cycle and Pharmacy Services. This position ensures workflow standardization, efficiency, and compliance while maintaining high-quality service delivery and patient experience. The supervisor oversees staff performance, ensures adequate staffing and training, manages departmental resources, and fosters collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals. The role encompasses leadership for revenue cycle functions, pharmacy technician activities, and operational processes that support optimal patient care within pharmacy service areas.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/ GED

Experience: 2 years of healthcare or pharmacy experience. 1 year in a customer service environment

Licensure/ Certification: Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) validated by PTCB or National Healthcareer Association within 2 years of initial licensure, or within 2 years of hire if the original date of Illinois Pharmacy Technician license is prior to January 1, 2008

Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing home care and pharmacy services. Experience with compliance and billing requirements for post-acute care or pharmacy.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business, or related field.

Experience: 3 years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations (including billing/revenue cycle).

1 year of leadership experience.
