About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Class 12th (XII).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer empathy and listening abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Organized work style with attention to detail.
  • Prior customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Work From the Office in Cebu.
