About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, brokers, or administrators.
- Maintain updated and organized account information.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Education: Class 12th (XII).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Organized work style with attention to detail.
- Prior customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Work From the Office in Cebu.
