GA Specialist

Molex Taiwan is seeking a General Affairs Specialist with Facility Management experience, primarily responsible for general affairs and facility-related operations at our Tamsui plant (main focus), as well as supporting the Sanchong plant and Xinyi office. The role ensures a safe, comfortable, and regulatory-compliant operating environment.

You will be responsible for office and plant administrative support, facility and equipment management and maintenance, environmental and safety inspections, energy management, regulatory compliance tasks, and assisting in promoting energy conservation, carbon reduction, and a strong workplace safety culture.

This position will work closely with the EHS team, Facility Engineers, and General Affairs colleagues to create a safe and highly efficient working and production environment. Our Team

You will join a cross-functional site support team consisting of an EHS Engineer, Safety Engineer, EHS Technician, Facility Engineer, Occupational Health Nurse, and General Affairs Assistant. We maintain close collaboration with Molex’s global EHS professionals to develop and implement corporate-level environmental, health, safety, and facility management standards. This position will report directly to the EHS Manager.

What You Will Do (Job Description)

• Manage procurement, maintenance, and asset management for all general affairs-related items in the plant.
• Assist in plant environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management, fire prevention, and building public safety compliance.
• Provide general affairs support and assistance to all departments as required.
• Oversee access control systems, plant environment, security guards, and cleaning personnel.
• Handle plant space planning, site beautification, repair/project quotations, vendor supervision, and application for repair expenses.
• Manage general affairs-related contracts, documentation, filing, and archiving.
• Administer company parking spaces for cars and motorcycles.
• Manage employee welfare services including shuttle buses, dormitory, cafeteria, access control, photocopiers, and telecommunications.
• Support the management of public utilities (water and electricity), air conditioning, generators, and air compressor systems.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor and provide coordination and support for various general affairs activities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Associate degree or above
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in general affairs, facility management, plant administration, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid Taiwan ordinary small passenger car driver’s license with actual driving capability

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in manufacturing facility management or general affairs is highly preferred
• Possession of any of the following certifications is a strong advantage:

o Environmental protection-related licenses

o Occupational safety & health-related licenses

o Fire equipment technician / Fire equipment engineer

o Indoor wiring technician / High/low-voltage electrical equipment inspection license

o ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 internal auditor, lead auditor, or verifier

• Familiar with basic operation and maintenance of plant utilities including water, electricity, air conditioning, generators, and air compressors
• Experience in vendor management, project outsourcing, quotation comparison, and acceptance inspection
• Hands-on experience in space planning, office/plant relocation, or renovation projects
• Proactive, self-motivated, strong stress resilience, and excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills
• Fluent English proficiency (reading, writing, and daily business communication)
