Job Overview
The CSI is seeking a self-motivated, solutions-driven temporary Human Resources Generalist 2. This position coordinates and delivers human resources services for the agency, including performance management, job description creation and classification, recruitment, coaching, employee relations, career planning and development, data analysis, and compensation management.
This is an on-site position located in Helena, Montana (not eligible for teleworking) and is a temporary position offering up to 12 months of employment.
