  • Track emerging trends in treasury technology and tax automation, adopting tools that future-proof bp’s financial operations.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to enable predictive insights for cash forecasting, risk management, and tax planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement by finding opportunities to optimize processes and enhance system performance.
  • Partner with global teams to ensure platforms deliver measurable value, support regulatory obligations, and enable digital transformation.

What You will need to be successful:

  • Relevant higher education in technology, finance, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in technology delivery leadership, including managing software vendors, outsourced service providers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven expertise in Treasury and Tax technology platforms, including:

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance in the context of financial technology.
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation in complex technology landscapes.
  • Exceptional partner management and communication skills to influence senior leaders and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strategic approach, able to balance priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
