Senior Buyer - Travel Management & Banking

The role of Travel Management and Banking strategic relationships across EMEA region team is to, manage travel and event operations across the EU region. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers to ensure compliance with global standards, maintaining strong relationships with agencies and vendors, and serving as the main point of contact for internal customers in Europe.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Responsible for Travel Management and Banking in EMEA region
• Responsible for Banking Globally
• Manage daily operational issues for EMEA region
• Execute strategic policies and programs for corporate travel and meeting & events
• Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors in EMEA region
• Be the key contact for European Travel Management and Banking topics and be the expert for local demands in the EMEA region
• Works closely with credit card and expense team
• Process Travel Management and Banking reports
• Ensure compliance in all aspects of Travel Management and Banking procedures
• Drive continuous improvement of Travel Management and Banking programs
• The ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• Proven experience in travel business and/or banking for at least 1-3 years
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies, specifically for Europe
• Knowledge of T&E reporting and processing
• Working knowledge of travel tools like Concur, Navan, Lanyon/Cvent
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Well-organized and reliable
• An analytical and problem solving skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Training in travel and tourism is a plus
