Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional for the role of TL-AR Management HC with 6 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in healthcare products and revenue cycle management. This hybrid role requires night shifts and offers an opportunity to contribute to our innovative healthcare solutions enhancing operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue cycle management operations.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all processes.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve departmental goals.

Utilize healthcare product knowledge to optimize billing systems and processes.

Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of revenue cycle strategies.

Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinate with IT teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems.

Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status and present findings to management.

Address and resolve any issues related to billing discrepancies or payment delays.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of healthcare products and their application in revenue cycle management.

Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing financial data and implementing strategic improvements.

Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
